| El hotel es bueno, pero les falta estar preparados para tener un hotel lleno, como lo es en semana santa, un dia no pudimos desayunar por falta de alimentos y no habia toallas limpias, ni amenities.
desafortunadamente esto denota una total falta de preparación y comunicación dentro del hotel. |

| My wife and I ended up moving rooms twice before we got to one that we could stay in for the night. The first room we were in was fine until the people upstairs started pounding on the floor for some reason (it wasn't footsteps or kids running). We called the front desk and they said they'd call the people and ask them to stop. 20 minutes later the pounding hadn't stopped, so I went down to the desk and they moved us to another room down the hall. This room smelled awful, like they had used way too much perfume or deoderizer or something. So we went down the front desk again and got switched to ANOTHER room, an "upgraded" one this time. This one was okay other than half the lights didn't work. But we were so tired of moving we just stayed there.
When we went to check out the next day nobody even bothered to ask how our stay had been or ask us to come back. There are six or seven hotels right next to each other so I'd recommend just staying at one of those if you're in this town. |

| I had a good night's sleep, but the toilet ran all night and sometimes wouldn't flush. I also noticed a crack in the bathroom floor. |

| This hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and service oriented. For the price, you can't beat it. This really is a 3 star hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. |

| The hotel was new and clean. It deserves better housekeeping staff. Of our 3 night stay, the housekeeper serviced our room 1 time, taking 2 days off with lame excuses. |

| I have stayed at many hotels in the South Texas Valley. The quality has always been adequate, however, this hotel changed my perception. It was clean, the rooms were comfortable and (like Goldilocks might say) felt just right. |
