| Looks as if it is about to close it's doors. Halls are not clean and weak a/c except in rooms. Everything appears old. |

| This was the first time I stay in this hotel. I liked the prices, very cheap and very convenient location if you are going to take a flight at McAllen Airport. You also can take a walk in the Mall at just five minutes from the hotel. |

| All in all, I was happy with the hotel. It wasn't big on ammenities, but it suited my needs. I would return in the future. |

| This hotel front desk staff, assumed they were dealing with a in-experianced travelor. The hotel mis-represented themselves by claiming they provide complimentary shuttle service, I waited at the airport(which is a 7 to 10 minute walk) for thirty minutes. The engineer picked me up in a un labeled van that had plunbing equipment in at and the passenger seats down like he was hauling boxed lunches. Later on that evening I asked the times that the shuttle service runs so I could schedule a airport drop off, I was then asked what time is my flight, I replied 7:45am he then said our shuttle service is not available until around 8am or 9am. I responded by stating that your hotel description says you provide complimentary shuttle service, he then said it's based on availability. I then said what happens for those guests who have early flights? He said it's based on availability and I refuse to go back and forward with you.
Horrible Customer Service for a service I believed I was paying for, complimentary shuttle service is more important to me then some of the other thrills like free breakfast, high speed internet etc...
I was very dissapointed. |

| I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was nice and big, comfortable bed, clean and the location was close to the airport and close to restaurants, gas stations, shopping, etc. It definitely beats the price of ANY hotel in the area. |

| Although convenient location (near airport), MANY problems to work out since they changed owership/name/management:
Shuttle Bus - Doesn't run in early morning or evening.
Restaurant - Seems like it's never open and/or has anyone eating there. Limited menu (pretty bland at that) and sparse setting.
Room - Large room/comfortable bed, but no iron (but did have a board?), no wireless internet access on fifth floor.
Maintenance - Elevator looks/sounds like it's on its last leg. |

| I really thought this could turn into a disaster since I desperately needed an early check in and a very early check out. The staff was both helpful and pleasant and the room was very nice. Also you cannot beat the great rate... Thank you and I am coming back soon! |
